from the moment I heard the Indian accent I became suspicious. When the guy kept asking questions and failed to cancel a flight, I went to trust pilot and found what I expected: deadbeat scam. Why can't Google prevent these creeps from getting high ranking... oh wait, $$$$$

Under no circumstances fall for this SCAM. They will steal your money, send fake reservations, do the bait and switch or other things. There is an ongoing investigation against those scammers.

If I could give zero stars I would. They came up when I searched google for Turkish Airlines. They did not identify as not Turkish Airlines. They then cancelled my entire reservation without my consent. Three agents. Not sure which one cancelled my reservation. And when I call back, they refuse to let me speak with a supervisor.
