SCAM-BEWARE-FRAUD DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- When you google Qatar Australia this number comes up as the first hit and the customer service officer said I was speaking to Qatar. I spent almost 3 hours on the phone talking to Betty and Danielle and trying to get the flights booked and paid for. I ended up paying almost $14,000AUD for my flights when Qatar have confirmed the individual flight costs which are much lower at $10,064.24. So I have paid nearly $4000 more than if I’d gone directly through Qatar. Then in the days after the bank blocked 3 attempts to take money out of my CC from a US travel agent trying to take more amounts out of my CC. I ended up having to cancel both my CC and Debit card
