Reported as fraud to my bank. Hotel room was 51 pounds. They took 99 US dollars. They then proceeded to try and take a transaction for 7 pounds at a later stage but my card had already been blocked. Be careful!!!! Only use reputable sites

Same as every other comment here … looks like you are booking with the hotel … advertised one price then emailed me with confirmation booking of over $136 more for apparent service charge and then on looking at bank account another €8.59 for another service fee …on contacting them no cancellation option … contacted bank … money already taken from the account … A TOTAL TOTAL SCAM ATAY AWAY

Same issue that others have reported—advertised one price and charged card a much higher price (in dollars, no less!). We are disputing the charge with our bank and hope others will do the same so these crooks can be stopped.

Wanted to give them ZERO stars but this website wouldn’t let me write a review unless I gave at least one star. This company falsely advertises one price but then charges way more (almost double in our case) to your card. When using their booking platform, at no time did they confirm the actual price that they ended up charging us. After calling them to try and cancel because they basically scammed us, they said we could cancel but would not get a refund. Even when we stated that we had screen shots of their falsely advertised price vs the actual price charged to our card, they were unapologetic and unhelpful. We STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOOKING PLATFORM, THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD WAY MORE THAN THE PRICE THEY SHOW YOU.

Complete scam. They advertise reservations for hotels they don't work with then route you to an alternate site. Avoid or you'll be sorry

Huge scam! When searching the web for a particular hotel, like Hilton, the hotel's logo appears on their website. You think that you are contacting the hotel that you searched for, but you are not. They are a third party that operates under the guise of being associated with the hotel. They told me they handle overflow calls for the hotel, not true. In addition to the cost for the hotel, they assess a $16 "service " fee without advising you. Talk directly with the hotel, save time and money. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Shady to say the least! There are several articles online detailing the scam.

OMG this is a scam, just booked a night at a Luton airport hotel, stated it was £81 on the website, got the reservation confirmation for usd150, included some unknown taxes! Fortunately the credit card company have refunded!

I believed I was booking with travelodge for a £34.99 single night stay. Having paid, the charge was $67.23. Total rip off, do not use!
