Thought I had logged in to the Holiday Inn Express booking page but it was Reservations Centre. They booked Holiday Express through Booking.Com and paid £329.78 but charged me £420.56, then tried to take a further £7.00 later which my bank stopped. No way to cancel, no refunds. Totally scammed.

As everyone else says a bunch of crooks. Charged me in USD plus 40%more without telling me rather than Euro like I thought I was paying. Never answer emails and never answer their phones what a load of baloney total rip off I agree with all the other reviews. How do we stop hotels taking their business?

Scam site!!! Beware! I thought I was booking a room for 183$. They took 489$ from my account June 7th (day of booking) for a one night stay June 19th. I wrote and called to cancel. They said I AGREED to no cancelation!!! No, No, No waaay! This doesn't make sense and not only would he not transfer me to a supervisor but said my cancelation would be subject to Aproval?!! I called my bank and reported fraud! Go to a legit site like booking.com Take down Reservation Center! Good luck out there everyone✌️💖

Total rip off. DO NOT USE THEM FIRST TRIED TO TAKE €624 FOR A 141EU BOOKING THEN TOOK 203EU TWICE FOR THE SAME BOOKING. THEN GOT INTO AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM THAT CANCELLED MY BOOKING. THEY WOULD NOT REINSTATE THE BOOKING. CUSTOMER SERVICES LIED TO ME ABOUT REPAYMENT. NEEDLESS TO SAY REPORTED AS A CON AND I am out of pocket

This company charged us fees for a reservation and never provided a confirmation. It also failed to respond to any correspondence and either does not answer the phones or has constant busy signal, including before and after hours. Apparently, they scam people for fake reservations.

I wish I found this site before puchasing accomodation. Can anyone confirm your accomodation had your booking. Bad enough they took double the amount from me. Just need to know I will still get a room.

This is simply theft. No other way to put it. As per other reviews my bill, after I booked included a "tax and fee" amount. I booked a room for two nights at $401 each. My card was charged an additional $435. I called and complained bitterly and was actually offered a refund of 10% of the total bill !!!!!!.

The advertised charge for my room should have been $US255. I was charged $US398. This is an overcharge of $US143 (61%). They mention something called “tax and fee recovery charge” in their disclaimer information. It is not added to advertised price. You will not know about the charge until you look at your bank statement. Expect to pay a lot more than advertised. I do not recommend this site.Note: €1=$US1.09 at the time.
