This is the most unethical company I have ever dealt with. I was billed way in excess of the amount quoted on the web site with numerous additional charges and booking fees I was not made aware of at the time of booking. The extra amounts were simply taken off my credit card. I emailed reservationscenter immediately to cancel the booking and asked for a refund - the booking was cancelled and I did not receive a cent back! I sent numerous emails and no one responded. This company is committing fraud on a daily basis - do not use them!!

You are not trasparent about the "extra" payments!!!! At the moment when I was doing the reservation it appears $138 but I was charged $286. Only there you show the detail....Worst experience ever working with you

Scam - do not use . There is another review page on here for the same company . They have lots of good reviews clearly written using AI as the wording is almost identical on each one . Booked a hotel through them , then on checkout and checking my bank the payment taken was almost doubled despite nothing stating the extra charges when the “confirm” button appeared . No replies to several emails and it’s unlikely I’ll see the money again . DO NOT USE THIS SITE .

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I booked a room that said it was $AUD 216.00 then got an email with a receipt saying $USD 213.99. I logged into my bank to have a look and was charged $AUD 317.00 plus a fee of $AUD17.84. I emailed them and the email bounced back and I tried to call them and the number was disconnected. Total scammers!!!

Scam company do not use. They advertise lower prices, then hide additional exhorbitant fees in the fine print. They refuse to refund because you agreed to their scam conditions when you checked out. Tried calling, no resolution they just wanted to argue that all customers should read fine print. False advertising of prices

Total rip off. Charged me in US dollars. Will not respond to emails. Reporting as a scam to bank once pending finished

All the other reviews here are true. We thought we were purchasing a $152 room and were charged $225.

Scammed for 590 us dollars , thought l was booking through hotel, tried to cancel through bank , but they couldnt do anything. Then they cancelled my booking and keep the money. How are these companies allowed to keep going without any repercussions
