Avoid at all cost!! This website poses as the official Ibis booking website and then charges you many hidden fees! They do not make it obvious that they are not the official vendor. The reservation did go through to Ibis Sydney Styles but without things like breakfast included and the fees are higher than if I had actually been booking direct like i thought i was. I was under the understanding that I was booking in AUD but it was charged in USD. Also interestingly the Ibis person i talked to said my booking came through booking.com, so perhaps they have some sort of connection to them?? My address and contact details they gave the hotel were incorrect, I'm from a completely different country to what they gave. The email confirmation came through from valuehotels.com, the bank statement fee showed up as being from Getaroom.com. Are these all shell companies??? So dodgy!!!

I wanted to reserve the room for 2 nights, the total was 260 chf... when I entered the details and confirmed the payment, they took 850 chf from me!! I blocked the card immediately and tomorrow I'm going to file a complaint!

ReservationsCenter.com is a fraud Booking ref 4848440310 I booked hotel IBIS in Colmar, France. During the booking process l got NO notification from you about additional charges of $110.86. If they had notified me of that cost l would not have continued the booking. The hotel cost was less than $100 This is FRAUD My bank in Ireland has since blocked my card because they flagged it as fishy.... I will write to IBIS to remove ReservationsCenter.com from their list of agents. Please refund the charges. Robert Kortenhorst

0 Stars… the website advertises room at a Good price however once you add you card details it added taxes of almost double the original cost. I realised my mistake but as room reservation was made we had little choice but to use it. On arrival to hotel they had all my details wrong like email phone number and nationality etc. This website uses false advertising its a complete scam. Avoid at all costs !

The price for the hotel was 195$. They added to the price 81!!$ saying it was written. It wasnt. Or it was hidden so well that I couldn't see. Minutes after the resrvation I called them to cancel. They didn't agree because they already csend it to the hotel. In few Minuts!!!!. The charge for canceling was 208$ more then the price for the room. Dont ever use their "service"

I booked 1 night in a Sunderland UK hotel at a quoted price of £74. Once they had my card details they took £125 out of my bank! I contacted my bank and it looks like they have reimbursed me. Do not use this company. Do not believe their advertised price. Do not give your card details! In fact this experience has made me realise how dodgy it can be paying for things online.

I booked a hotel room at London Heathrow advertised at £142, only to discover after I had paid that I'd been charged £242. The additional costs were mainly taxes and charges added by Reservationscenter, that hadn't been disclosed prior to me making the purchase; but my credit card company M&S Bank also added a further 3% because the transaction was in US$ not £. Reservationscenter refused to refund me and M&S Bank also did not uphold my dispute, claiming the transaction was not fraudulent, because buried somewhere on Reservationscenter website are its T&C's that refer to the additional taxes & charges. So beware of Reservationscenter but also of credit card companies who appear to facilitate and even support and profit from such fraudulent transactions.
