I ran into issues (and I’m not tech savvy) and he helped me through every problem promptly and got them resolved. My website looks great, booking is easy, and I appreciate all of the functionality ReservationKey offers.

The issue with the other systems is that they are really designed for large companies and companies that use a lot of other integrated systems that link to platforms and apps. In other words, there are just too many 'bells and whistles' for a lot of people. Not everyone needs so many things and that has always been my issue over the years. Because I have almost exclusively direct bookings and don't use an online payment system, I literally only need something with a back office, calendar and some of the reports. Before choosing Reservation Key, I researched many other companies but anything that was suitable was too expensive. I feel lucky to have found Reservation Key and have been using their system since 2021.

Reservation Key is vital to our small resort business. The platform is almost constantly being improved, often driven by customer feedback, which is refreshing. The cost is very reasonable considering the features of the platform and what it can do to lessen the day-to-day labor of a accommodations owner. 90% of the time when there is an issue it's not RK, but external problems, and most are brief. Uptime is good. Whenever there is an issue it's always resolved in a expedient manner. The RK team seems to really understand and care about how much uptime impacts their clients (and the clients of their clients).
