LONG window between order placement and delivery

Good news - the package arrived TODAY after 15 days- the delay apparently due to a local delivery glitch. Pair of patella braces are "fit for purpose" & will eventually be helpful, but unfortunately are not designed to support a broken knee-cap itself - but it was worth a try!

The wheels covers don't fit my suitcase. Can I return the product?

I only received 0ne of the Two items I ordered. The first item was lost in transit. It never made to my mailbox address.

I received what I ordered only I thought they were much bigger than what I received. They came without any instructions as to how to put them to Gether and use.

Didn’t take as long as I thought to receive as it came from another country. It does seem to kinda work. Expected it to be a lot fuller. Very thin bristles

It will probably work fine but the little blue piece that fits into the sprayer falls out of the tubing. I'm going to have to glue it together.
