Great product but not enough tracking information
The process of ordering was easy and user friendly as I am an older person. Thank you I purchased on 06/05/2026 and received purchase on 25/06/2026 However, I did not receive any information re tracking or order confirmation so I believed I might have been hacked and my money taken. It was weeks after I ordered with no communication until the day I received my water/ house slippers. I was excited and delighted . Two pairs of the most comfortable sparkling covered slippers that arrived a day before I went to hospital for a knee. Replacement. I received other confirmation and tracking information on the day I received my purchase. I would have preferred on going tracking information at least once a week. This would have me as Ed me feel secure that I had made a genuine purchase The slippers are a fantastic product, good quality and cost extremely reasonable
