Dear Research Ayu Management Team, I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the treatment provided to my father at your institute for his knee condition. When we initially visited your institute, your representatives assured us that knee cartilage regeneration was possible and provided us with a 100% assurance that the treatment would result in improvement. Based on these assurances and representations made by your team, we proceeded with the treatment and paid approximately INR 1,00,000. However, despite completing the recommended treatment and following the prescribed procedures, there has been absolutely no improvement in my father's condition. This has caused us significant financial loss, emotional distress, and disappointment. Furthermore, when I visited your institute again to discuss the lack of results and seek clarification, I was treated in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner by your staff members. The situation escalated to such an extent that the police were called to the premises, and a complaint was filed against me. This experience was both humiliating and unacceptable. Subsequently, one of your senior managers advised me to send a formal email regarding this matter and assured me that the management team would review the issue and provide an appropriate response. Based on my understanding and the research I have conducted, knee cartilage regeneration is not currently considered medically possible in the manner that was promised to us. Therefore, I am seriously concerned that false assurances and misleading claims may have been made by your organization to induce us to undergo the treatment and incur substantial expenses. I request that Research Ayu provide a clear explanation regarding: 1. The basis on which a 100% assurance of knee cartilage regeneration was provided. 2. The reason for the complete lack of improvement despite the treatment. 3. The justification for the unprofessional and rude behavior exhibited by your staff. 4. The appropriate resolution and compensation for the financial and emotional hardship caused to us. I expect a written response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter within a reasonable timeframe. Failing this, I will be compelled to explore all available legal remedies and initiate appropriate legal action against Research Ayu for misrepresentation, deficiency in service, and the damages caused to us. Its a fake claim making company they charge 3000 per hour for massage and a few ayurvedic pills, result is nothing. Just a false promise.

A complete fake clinic and fake promises. I took the treatment for my mother ...paid huge amount but not even a 1 percent relief. Their only job is to encash huge money in exchange of few oil massages .... Please don't opt for it ... You better spent this somewhere else

They’ve been one of the most frustrating treatment centres I’ve dealt with. I initially contacted Research AYU to enquire about their knee treatments, but confirmed the very next day that I wouldn’t be proceeding. Despite that, it’s now been six months and I’m still receiving repeated calls from different numbers. On top of that, they continue to send persistent WhatsApp messages from new numbers. I’ve politely requested multiple times for my contact details to be removed from their database, but the calls and messages haven’t stopped. As an additional note, my parents also visited Research AYU once and had a poor experience. The pricing quoted over the phone differed significantly from what was discussed in person (particularly for the main treatment), even though they charge a nominal consultation fee. Overall, both the service and medical experience have been disappointing.

I want to share my extremely disappointing and frustrating experience so that others don’t fall into the same trap. We enrolled my mother in a 40-day “Rejuvenate Therapy” program, paying ₹1,15,000 in installments with the hope of seeing genuine improvement in her condition. Before starting, we were asked to take X-rays on Day 1, Day 20, and Day 40 to track progress. Now that the full 40 days are completed, I can confidently say there has been no visible improvement at all. We compared all three X-rays, and there is not even a slight change. Despite this, the team keeps insisting that there is “improvement” and is trying to convince us to continue for another 40 days. This feels completely misleading and unethical. What’s even more concerning: The results promised were not delivered There is no scientific or visible proof of improvement They continue to push for more payment without accountability Their online reputation appears inflated with what seem like paid or biased reviews This has been a very bad experience, especially since this involved my mother’s health and a significant financial investment. I strongly feel this is a scam-like setup designed to extract money without delivering real results. I am now requesting a full refund, as the service has clearly failed to meet expectations or show any outcome. ⚠️ Warning to others: Please do thorough research before trusting such programs.
