I called Reputation Defender because an inappropriate response to a Google rating.
I called Reputation Defender because a company that someone in my family gave a 1 Star review to responded in a whole inappropriate manner. When they published their reply, they published my family member's full name, town where he lives and information about a speeding ticket he had been issued but was found not guilty of. I was very upset and called Reputation Defenders. Brandon was my contact and he was wonderful. He told me that we had nothing to worry about. That my family member's name was buried in the Google review and that no one would ever see it. He also told me how to flag it for Google to see and take down.Brandon said the review would not effect his ability to get a job and it was not necessary to retain his services! It was such a positive experience! If I needed help in the future with any reputation issue on line, I would most certainly call Reputation Defender!
