Each person assigned to me was very professional. Only issue I had was filling in my extensive Reputation Defender information for my work history, which I tried to save but somehow disappeared twice despite pushing the Save button...and I had to do it over twice and don't trust the site to that extent. Aside from that I got some immediate positive results on my main issue. That was really impressive.
