Mr. Caleb Lee
Mr. Lee is an asset to this company because of several distinct qualities .He has the unique ability to listen. On July 31, 2019, after 46 years of marriage, I lost my husband to cancer and within days, I received numerous phone calls and solicitations from people I did not know. After a few months, I contacted your company and without any hesitation Mr. Lee answered all of my questions. I signed up and he took immediate action. He promptly resolved my issues and the phone calls stopped. He calls or e-mails me on a regular basis to check on my progress. If any concerns come up, I have his phone number and e-mail address. For the record, my late husband and I worked extremely hard for most of our lives and acquired rental properties in which I still maintain. Secondly, Ernie retired as Audit Liaison at the Environmental Protection Agency Office of Inspector General. Just these two statements alone, reminds me, the importance of this company. In closing, Mr. Lee exhibits good listening skills and patience. He not only delivers but follows up and monitor his customers. He is is an excellent role model for "Reputation Defender"!
