Caleb is an asset to the company. I can't imagine how complicated your work is when dealing with people who are usually in an emotional and stressed out state. Caleb has been so patient, so professional and so personable. This particular issue has been something that my partner and I have had to discuss with more people in our lives over the years than we'd like and never has someone made us feel less judged and more hopeful about a potential to move forward than Caleb. I look forward to our conversations, his expertise and making informed decisions based on his recommendations. It's one of the few ways I've felt as though I've had control over the narrative of this singular incident in our lives. I would say promote him but selfishly, I'd hate to lose his management of our account. He deserves all the recognition in the world. We feel truly taken care of and that's not a small feat especially in the work that you do. I know there may be many lovely people who work for the company but Caleb is absolutely one of a kind.
