I don't quite know what to say about this company. We got off to a typically rocky start purely because of the nature of the situation which was particularly difficult. What you have to understand with this process is that it takes a great deal of time. Added to that, a great level of resilience and perseverance is required when dealing with search engines like Google. My campaign manager was Mark who worked hard dealing with both the campaign and my various stresses and impatience. He acted with considered understanding and reasoning which is all you can ask for in situations like. He deals with so many clients but he still showed that he cared about my own case and campaign which was handled with care and he really did listen to my requests to push this over the line offering expert advice. You never know how the outcome of requests for on-line removal will go. However, in the end, we got it over the line following all the steps and procedures accordingly which I wouldn't have had a clue about. I can't say how indebted and grateful I am to him in particular and the whole team. There are lots of useless money-grabbing fraudsters out there who claim to preserve and restore your online reputation but deliver very little, forget them and rely on Reputation Defender. Thank you.

My first account manager wasn't great, but now that he's gone I feel I'm in good hands with Cliff. He goes out of his way to help keep my information off the people search sites and calls me about a month after each quarterly scan to make sure that all of these stupid sites have complied. He even helped me "claim" and update business sites that have lingered since my retirement! I highly doubt I would get this level of service with any other privacy company. Well worth the investment!

I was 50 and didn't think anything in the past was a problem. Without Reputation Defender, I wouldn't have decent work. It took hiring a private eye to learn whether applying corporate or Home Depot, the new protocol is to have a PI firm check you out. No emails or electronic trail. All citizens need to take this seriously and make realistic choices. Crappy surveillance internet brokers NEVER stop selling your data. The list is proactive, so once established, it helps keep your name clean as any new information is available for whatever reason, such as buying a house. It's also refreshing when Cliff from the advising team calls or emails to check in. It's always helpful as they remind you of a small item to fix, like updating a phone number or something new. For instance, did you know that you "never" give your number unless necessary, like a job application. That's it, don't do it, p.e.r.i.o.d. Cliff et al. have terrible stories about how brutal surveillance technology has become. If you're having trouble getting a job or not getting any calls back, you may need remediation. It's not a joke. My only goal is to provide objective, spin-free evidence on why protecting your information is necessary for employment and background checks. All the terrible events on the news networks have contributed to this new corporate hiring expense, and it's here to stay. I attest to these facts and Reputation Defender's services. Great company and resolved all my issues. I was a bit skeptical about this at first but they remove outdated info and incorrect info. People shouldn’t have easy access to info especially people in bad relationships. Also if you get strange emails claiming to be this company saying they want more money it’s a fishing scam. Call reputation defender directly and double check it’s they’re number before giving out personal credit info. If it don’t have you’re name it’s fake.
