AJ was great with the information he was able to give me. He was patient and understanding of my situation and compassionate toward the fact that it's expensive to remove this information. He tried to help me, but I just did not have the funds to move forward.

Great customer care before you’re even a customer. Reputation Defender provided suggestions and possible solutions to our problem of a poor review posted on google by a disgruntled customer. While they could not remove the poor review they did have many solutions that would help us garner more positive reviews on several different platforms. Within 24 hrs they followed up to see how things were coming along and after following just one of the suggestions given we noticed a significant increase in positive reviews within a 24hr period.
