Republic offers a very worthwhile service, allowing small investors to potentially invest in start-up enterprises and those that are already doing business, but still in their early years. Doing business on their site is fast and easy too.

I have participated in ten offerings with Republic, 3 of which were completed, 2 of which are currently waitlisted, 2 of which were completed but canceled by the firm prior to being finalized, 2 of which were canceled by the firm prior to receiving my committed investment, and 1 that is reserved pending approval by the Security and Exchange Commission. The last one was initiated approximately 6 months ago and completed approximately October 2022. The transaction was very smooth, with understandable presentation and updates, and prompt completion of the finances involved. My commitment was recorded and records sent to me within a couple of weeks. I do not have any negative feelings concerning the overall transaction, and I would welcome any additional business with this company should the opportunity arise. R. Berman

The ease of investing in various opportunities and the variety of offerings is attractive to me. The due diligence the company does prior to listing a startup is critical to an investor's success. Republic seems to do that well. I can invest with confidence.

Republic does an outstanding job of identifying and attracting promising start-ups in a broad range of sectors. The online system for selecting investments and, later, for converting shares, is also very efficient and easy-to-navigate. Over the past few years I have invested in over 40 companies on the Republic site.
