Jermaine M.
I was contacted by Reprosify saying I had a lead.
I was contacted by Reprosify with a text saying I had been “matched with a new lead, MARIA,” who was looking for a Realtor in Phoenix. The message told me to check my email for the full details and contact the client as soon as possible. The problem is, I had never signed up with Reprosify. So I called them to figure out how I was supposedly matched with a specific client when I did not even have an account. During the call, the representative confirmed that I had never signed up. As I kept questioning how this “match” could have happened, the conversation turned into a sales pitch. I was told about a $499 security deposit and a referral fee at closing. What bothered me most is that the original message did not say, “We are a referral company looking for Realtors in Phoenix.” It said I had already been matched with a specific person, told me to check my email for her information, and told me to contact her right away. Near the end of the call, their representative finally acknowledged that because I had never signed up, I would not have received anything by email in the first place. To me, that means the supposed lead was being used to get me to call, and once I called, I was pitched their paid program. I consider that deceptive, and in my opinion, that is a scam. After that experience, I started looking more closely at their Trustpilot reviews, and that made me trust the company even less. A large number of the 5-star reviews come from accounts showing only one review, and that one review is for Reprosify. One profile really stood out to me. A reviewer named Thomas has only two reviews showing, and both are positive reviews for Reprosify. He reviewed the same company twice, only nine days apart, on July 9 and July 18, 2026. I own a business, and I know how difficult it is to get real customers to leave reviews at all. Seeing that many 5-star reviews from one-review accounts, plus someone reviewing the same company twice within nine days, does not look legitimate to me. I believe many of those reviews are fake and are there to make the company look more credible than it really is. I have the original text message and the recorded conversation. This was not a misunderstanding. They told me I had been matched with a lead, even though I had never signed up and could not have received the lead information they told me to check for. Based on my experience, I would not give this company my money. I believe Reprosify is a scam.

Thank you for explaining your concerns. We are sorry that your interaction with Reprosify left you with this impression, but we strongly disagree with characterizing our company as a “scam.” Regarding your comments about our Trustpilot reviews, we believe reviews should be evaluated based on the substance of the customer's experience. Having few reviews on Trustpilot does not, by itself, establish that a review is fake. We welcome legitimate criticism and will investigate genuine concerns when brought to our attention. To help you better understand Reprosify is growing at an extremely fast pace, and our goal has always been to be as transparent with Realtors as we are with home buyers and sellers. To date, Reprosify has generated more than 500,000 inquiries from real estate consumers, which naturally means we are actively looking for qualified Realtors in markets where those consumers need representation. Our matching system is designed around that demand. When a consumer submits an inquiry looking for a Realtor in a particular market, our system identifies Realtors in that area who may be available to receive referrals. If we do not have an active Realtor already participating in our network, our system can identify Realtors in that market and reach out to determine whether they are interested in joining. That is why our system may have been contacted even though you had never previously created a Reprosify account. The purpose was to identify whether you were interested in becoming a Realtor partner in a market where we had consumer demand. We acknowledge that the wording of the initial message could have made this clearer, and we are continuously improving our communications. Over the past several months, we have invested millions of dollars into improving our technology, lead routing, matching process, and Realtor experience. We now publicly display our consumer inquiries so Realtors can see the opportunities being generated through our platform. We have also upgraded our system to better match consumers with active Realtors. If we do not have an active Realtor in a particular area, our database can identify available Realtors in that market so we can attempt to connect them with the consumer. This is fundamentally different from simply selling lists of leads. Reprosify was created in part because we saw too many companies promising Realtors the world while delivering little meaningful value. Our goal is to build a transparent referral ecosystem where Realtors understand where opportunities come from, what services are offered, and what they are paying for. Our pricing and referral structures are also publicly disclosed. Realtors can review the applicable terms and fees before deciding whether to participate. We respect your decision not to work with Reprosify. However, we respectfully ask that serious allegations such as “scam” be based on verified facts and actual evidence of fraudulent conduct. You may have been contacted because we had consumer demand in your market and were looking for Realtors who might be interested in joining our network. You were not required to purchase anything, and you ultimately chose not to participate. We are continuing to invest heavily in our platform and will soon be offering additional services designed to further improve the referral and follow-up process for Realtors. We stand behind our business, our technology, our transparency, and our commitment to connecting consumers with qualified real estate professionals. Thanks, Carl Long Senior Business Development Manager Reprosify.com
