DO NOT BUY FROM REPOSEPOINT! They sent me a defective product and have not responded to my many calls and emails. It also arrived weeks late. This is not a professional or ethical company. This is a SCAM. They will take your money but not make good on defects.

Chris, this shouldn't have happened, and I'm sorry it did. A defective unit is our problem to fix, not yours to absorb. Not getting a reply when you chased it is worse, and there's no version of that I can defend. This was February 2024. Since then we've brought support response times down and tightened the checks on returns and defect claims so they don't get lost. That's not much use to you two years on, but it's what changed. If you never received a replacement or refund, email [email protected] and reference this review and I'll deal with it myself. That offer doesn't expire.
