They advertise a leather purse. They state all products authentic and will investigate counterfeits. I received a cheap plastic copy. They insist the correct item matching my order was sent, despite photos of website vs received item and offered $2 compensation.

It took so long to be delivered and when we received it, we were very disappointed with the size. It is so small meaning not a lot of pages. Will not be re ordering.

Hello. I've been claiming for a month about a shipment that never arrived in my mailbox. I feel scammed and all I get is 'wait for a solution.' How much longer do I have to wait to get my package or my money back? I've explained over and over that the package can't be located using your tracking, and it doesn't show up in the USPS system to know where it was delivered and where they left the package. For me, this already means a loss, and the inefficiency on your part is traumatizing. I've been looking for information from several people about this situation I'm going through, and I understand that I might enter a legal process against you because everything points to a scam. They didn't deliver it to a post office, I don't know where they left the package, and I haven't received a solution to this problem.

These people are crooks from the word go. Do not deal with them under any circumstance as they lie, they take your money, they take more money than the part is advertise for and you never receive what you ordered. There's always an excuse of a why and where the item or part is except in your possession!!!!

O ordered a Christmas toy and put it on my bank debit card. The receipt sent to me was the correct amount and showed the correct last 4 digits of my card used and the total was also correct. A few minutes later on my bank statement it was debited as a pay pal account which I never use to buy anything and was $10.00 more then what the receipt shoes via e-mail.

I order bar they sent a black 36 A I order a beige 38 G sent information and they said that the ware house had sent the right please do not buy from these people they said they can not send another or credit my account but offer 5.00 credit the only way I could write a view you do not even have 1 star
