Poor Communication and Unclear Game Support
I purchased the Reported.lol spoofer specifically for Battlefield V. Before buying, I checked both the website and the Discord server for information regarding supported games. Since the website provides very little detail, I relied on the Discord status panel, where Battlefield was listed as supported. Before using the product, I asked staff which games were currently experiencing issues. I was told that games marked as "testing" were working but had some known problems that were being addressed. I also asked a simple question: what should I be aware of before running the spoofer? That question was completely ignored. The only response I received was a middle-finger emoji from another Discord member, which speaks volumes about the quality of the community and the level of moderation. A few hours after using the spoofer, I was banned. When I contacted support to ask whether Battlefield V was actually supported, I received the following response: "I would think it does, but that game has not been tested for ages." This answer raises an obvious question: why is Battlefield still listed if nobody has verified that the product actually works for the game in a long time? Customers are expected to spend money based on the information provided by the seller. Listing a game as supported while simultaneously admitting that it has not been tested for ages is, at best, misleading. Had this information been communicated clearly beforehand, I would not have purchased the product. Since the spoofer was useless for my intended purpose, I requested a refund. Shortly afterward, I was removed from the Discord server. Whether this was a direct reaction to my refund request or not, it certainly did not leave the impression of a company that values customer feedback or handles criticism professionally. I fully understand that no spoofer can guarantee success and that bans can happen. That is not my main complaint. My issue is the lack of transparency, the poor communication, and the dismissive attitude shown toward paying customers. If you are selling a product, maintaining accurate information and providing competent support should be the bare minimum. In the end, the most disappointing part of my experience was not getting banned in-game—it was the customer service.
