They didn't send my order since over 6 weeks. They kept telling me my order is in the queue. No order, no refund.

Well, after I caught them using counterfeit postage, well, usps did. It took a month to get the replacement order...once recieved, both scents smell exactly the same, which is odd for two different scents...and they both smell like shit. Kinda wondering which terrorist organization I helped fund

Same thing happened to me I ordered 3 bottles a month ago and it hasn’t arrived still after 30 days hasn’t even been shipped yet! After I emailed them with my frustration they wanted to email me back giving me a $50 gift card LMFAO!!!!! Can give me a $1,000,000.00 gift card but it’s a waste of time when nothing gets shipped anyways

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order and never received the product. I have been waiting for an update, but the lack of communication has been frustrating. After looking into it, I noticed that other customers have experienced similar issues with orders not being delivered or receiving poor customer service. A company’s reputation depends on fulfilling orders and communicating with customers. I hope this issue is resolved, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company at this time. Big time Scam

If I could give Replika Scents zero stars, I definitely would. I paid $78 for a perfume that I never received. The company told me they would send me a tracking number, but that never happened. I purchased the perfume through Shopify, but when I contacted Shopify for assistance, they said they couldn’t help because the company had indicated that they would provide tracking information. At this point, I have neither my order nor a tracking number, and I’m out $78. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Both of my scents smell like a female scent. Definitely was not expecting that. Waste of time to be honest
