After I placed my order and paid with BitCoin I didn't hear anything for 7 days, despite sending them WhatsApp messages and trying to call. This was very disconcerting as I didn't even receive an order confirmation email. When I posted a negative review, I was inundated and the communication has been excellent since then. The watch arrived within the timescale promised. I am pleased with the quality. Although it didn't work initially, customer services were quick to respond and explained the winding mechanism. Had the communication been better at the start, I would have found the purchase experience far less stressful and would have given a higher star rating.
