I need lenses replaced in my eyeglasses due to a scratch. I paid RLE on Thursday night, mailed my frames on Friday morning, and had my frames back by Thursday of the next week. That's only a week! I considered going to a local optician to have the lenses replaced because I needed it done quickly, but they wanted $400 and would still take 5 business days. RLE gave me the same exact lenses for $100 (Crizal Alize coated Essilor Lenses) and the same turnaround. It was also great because they accept FSA dollars so I was able to pay with my company's FSA credit card and therefore had no cash outlay.

RLE got my order out to me the same week. It was nice working with their customer service staff, who were very responsive.

Two Bvlgari frames were shipped and their lens replaced. I must say that Stephanie stayed in contact with me despite several issues with the East Coast weather. I received my prescription eyeglasses and the quality of the work done is just amazing.
