I have expensive titanium frames and since I began wearing bifocals in 2010, eyeglass shops told me that they could not replace the lenses, due to the need for special equipment to drill them. Having a doctorate in an unrelated area of medicine, I was intrigued and a bit confused by the immense variety of lens types available at Replacement Lenses.
