The process was very simple. I got email notices when they received the frames and when they shipped them back to me, which I appreciated. I had my glasses back after only a week. The frames suffered no visible damage in that time. The new lenses are a perfect fit and follow all the specifications I asked for and match my prescription. The price was also much cheaper than at the optician's office attached to my eye doctor's office, who wanted to charge me 350% more just to replace the lenses.
