Ordering was very easy
Ordering was very easy. Did not have to wait long for return of new lenses. Only problem was the left lens was not properly inserted in frame. Top of lens near nose piece was not inserted correctly. Took glasses to optometrist to fix the problem.

Everything was centered well
Everything was centered well. Updates were given. Frames were very stretched out when I received finished product. Had to get them fitted anyway but optician said that was stress on frame. Love my new glasses. Thank you! Nice prices. Love how protected in mailing they were.

A glitch, but they made it right.
I sent in old frame with a new prescription to evaluate RLE's house lenses, which cost much less than the national brands. After 7 days, I received someone else's frames in return. I emailed RLE and they were very apologetic, asking me to return the incorrect frames. Fortunately my frames were in the lab. The company gave me a 20% discount for my troubles. When I received my correct order, I was very pleased with the quality of the lenses. Granted, my prescription isn't very extreme, but the progressive, transition lenses from RLE are every bit as good as the Varilux lenses I had been getting from my optometrist. I was satisfied that I could now send my Warby Parker frames to have their lenses updated. These returned without a glitch, and I am also very happy with the results. Two usable sets of glasses for slightly more than the price I had been paying for one.

Good Value
Saved more than 50% compared to my optometrist. Communication could have been a bit better but no other complaints. Their branded lenses are very high quality.
