This company is fake you do not get your merchandise it is shipped to different states and then they try telling you that you received your merchandise send you a copy of receipt showing where your product was delivered and it isn't even in the same state that you live in I requested my money to be returned and they keep sending argumentative emails telling me I received my product. Do not order from this company

This place is awful!!! I’ve been waiting since May 16,2026 for my sandals! This is horrible and there has been zero customer service! Do yourself a favor and don’t purchase anything from this company.

Just an update on my review from June 4th. My order from April 23rd did not arrive yet (June 18th). They said I denied the order or the address was not right (we live sind 18 years here and never had this issue). This is what they wrote me: "We are so sorry for what happened. As we checked, your parcel has been returned by your local post office. What's more, this parcel will not be returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not receive the parcel neither. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee. Will that be acceptable?" Now they want more money?? Are they crazy??

If I could give zero stars, I would. It took me a month to get the product.I ordered organic castor oil with rose quartz roller.It came with a plastic roller.It says that it's organic, not one ingredient, was listed organic. Caster oil was listed as the fifth ingredient in the product. Prior to that was glycerin, butylene glycol, hydrogenated castor oil (emulsifier), and tocopherol... I emailed support, and I did get a response So I will give them that.But when I ask for a refund and describe all of the issues with their product, they said they would give me $14 back. This is completely unacceptable. And when you do not ship the product that you advertised - that is false advertisement, and obviously a company with no integrity. Do not buy from them. Update to add: I wish I could add screenshots of the purchases and the conversation with this company. They now offered me $17, and also stated that I would have to pay return shipping. After further review, I also saw that instead of charging me the $47 it stated at checkout, they actually charged me $59. Update: the company stopped responding to me and I had to file a dispute through paypal. They did acknowledge that they overcharged me and stated it was a system error. BS. After my poor review, I also noticed that very quickly. Multiple 5 star reviews came in with very little said. So I also have a feeling that those are fake. Beware.

Placed an order for Thickened Magic Cleaning Cloths at the end of February. After following tracking and contacting my local post office they were never delivered. I demanded a full refund they never gave me. Do not do any business with them.

The worst cleaning rags I've ever used. They leave bad streaks and do not have any absorbency stay away from this company. Do not do any business with them probably everything is from China.

Don’t buy from this company if you want to receive the product! I placed two orders on the same day for markers. I received the first order, but not the second. They claim they have proof that it was delivered, but it was not. When trying to get a resolution, they keep sending me THE SAME email, telling me to check the tracking, check with my neighbors, check my mailbox (duh). And PayPal was ZERO help and didn’t support my claim because “the seller provided proof of delivery.” Well, I call BS! What proof did they provide? If they can’t provide a photo of the package in my mailbox, then there is no real proof! They lied about it and were able to keep my money. I’m beyond frustrated, and I’ve spent so much time trying to get this issue resolved.
