This was an over-the-top sales pitch
This was an over-the-top sales pitch. "There's a lot of people on today"...we don't know because we can't see the participants. "Let me answer some questions from the chat"...What chat? We can't see anything. There is an available box to type a question but nothing visible from anyone else. I think it's a money grab and I'll keep my $291. Thanks though

Thank you for attending the REO webinar and for sharing your feedback. For anyone reading this review, I think it is important to understand what was actually provided during this training. This was a no-cost REO webinar where I shared information on 10 of the REO companies I personally believe are among the best potential clients for agents to register with. I also shared registration information from our internal files and sources, including private registration areas, company-specific guidance, and practical direction on how to approach those opportunities. That information was given before any optional program was offered. In my opinion, that matters. There are agents who spend years trying to figure out which REO companies are worth pursuing, where to register, how to approach them, and what actually matters when trying to build an REO business. That is not information commonly handed out in this industry, and it was shared on this webinar at no cost. The purpose of the webinar was not to teach the entire REO business in 90 minutes. That would be impossible. REO is a serious business model. It involves company registrations, asset manager relationships, BPO knowledge, vendor requirements, follow-up systems, foreclosure cycles, assignment opportunities, and the discipline to work the business correctly over time. The purpose of the webinar was to give agents a real starting point - not theory, not vague motivation, not recycled fluff - but actual companies, actual registration direction, and actual strategic guidance they could use immediately. At the end of the webinar, I made an optional offer for agents who wanted deeper training, implementation help, and a more complete step-by-step REO system. No one was required to buy anything. The information shared beforehand stood on its own. It sounds like this reviewer may have focused primarily on the offer at the end rather than the value that was provided during the training itself. That is unfortunate, because the right agent - the kind of agent who is serious about building a new income stream, willing to do the work, and looking for real direction - would understand the value of being handed a curated list of REO companies, registration access points, and company-specific advice without being charged for that session. Regarding the chat, the platform allows attendees to submit questions privately, so attendees may not be able to see every participant or every question being asked. I understand how that could create confusion, and I will make that clearer on future webinars. I am sorry the webinar felt too sales-focused to you. That was not the intent. The intent was to provide real REO direction upfront at no cost, and then offer a deeper program only for those who wanted more complete support. Not every training is the right fit for every person. But I stand behind the value that was delivered on this webinar. I truly hate that you saw this as no-value. I've done thousands of these free information webinars and have never had a complaint...nothing but "Thank you's" for the goodwill. I genuinely am a person who gets great fulfillment in giving back to this industry that has been so good to me and my family. I teach my two sons "integrity" with what I do and always lead by example. A negative review like this really hurts my business and my ability to help others. I will take your feedback to heart so that I can make the value better for others. I hope you will reconsider your review. If I can ever be of help to you, just reach out anytime. I gave my true personal contact information on the presentation.
