I wanted to expand my Real Estate business
A year ago I wanted to expand my Real Estate business to include REO sales and joined REO Rockstar. It has been invaluable to learn from an expert how to build a solid foundation for my REO business. It is a program that gives support through the entire process and aren't left out in the cold. Mike is always available and his staff as well.

I have been a Realtor since 1972. Based on the COVID-19 virus pandemic in 2020 I realized that the foreclosure market would increase substantially. Luckily, I saw the Mike Costigan REO Rockstar's program that not only includes fantastic blueprints to rebuild my NEW REO TEAM but also gives me guidance in ways to serve the REO market and Asset Managers. By following these guidelines, I expect to successfully meet the anticipated demand for residential foreclosure property management and sales representation. I'm so grateful to be apart of REO Rockstars as it's helping me to extend my Real Estate services on a professional level. Helping Vendors and well as potential clients become home owners. Knowledge is Power!
The knowledge I have gained from Mike’s years of experience is invaluable. The videos he shares with us are powerful, direct, and honest. I can see training is Mike’s true passion. He has enabled us to focus on creating our hit list and then “chasing” the asset managers. What I appreciate about Mike is that he is clear, focus, and will answer questions (no matter how insignificant they seem). Mike will be there for you whenever you need him. He has a lot of patience to work with all of us! I don’t know how he does it, but he does it. He delivers all the time. I highly recommend Mike! God bless him and his family!
