I placed an order with this company on September 27 and still have not received my sweaters. On October 27, I received notice that my order had shipped and was issued a tracking number, when I checked the tracking number it informed me that the USPS had not yet received the item, were waiting for item. Today is November 7th. I am very frustrated and definitely would not recommend this company, especially if you want an item for a special event or plan on using an item in the current season. Items were purchased to wear in the fall, keeping fingers crossed that I will be getting them before Christmas. Definitely DO NOT BUY ITEMS FOR THE CURRENT HOLIDAY SEASON.

I'm trying to get someone from customer service to help me so I can get a return label to return 3 items. They say they will contact me but they haven't yet. Don't like the way they fit just want my $98.00 back. Won't order from here again!!!

I have been emailing Rennya for instructions on returning merchandise in the amount of $129.96 on order #2374495. I still haven’t received instructions. I received the clothes on October 16, 2021. I emailed them the same day. This is now October 29, and still no response. I noticed they charged my credit card the day I ordered the merchandise. I feel I have been scammed. How do we keep anyone else from being scammed by this company. Catherine Rose

Customer Service is not replying to my emails. I am asking for return instructions. Meanwhile, they have $104.37 of mine! Order # 2491114

extremely slow shipping and not great customer service. was given 2 different tracking numbers that never worked customer service is awful can't image if you need to return something will never buy from this site stop blaming covid, just be honest if you don't have the product say that, don't make excuses when I inquired about my order was told don't worry you will get it

these items were well made but they extremely small for there sizing

I have been trying for over a month to get a return authorization to return 3 items of clothing that are too small for me. I keep getting an offer of $$ to keep them with no return and no answer to my constant emails for a Return Authorization Number. All I want is to return the items and get my money back the way their policy states. I consider this FRAUD.

Absolute crap! I ordered the khaki funky print “sweater” that’s been advertised all over Facebook. It’s just a trashy thin polyester feeling, beyond cheap looking with no print on the back. On their site in a review listed as being a “heavier” texture material. I put it right in my Goodwill bag! $36 wasted. I should have known better than to trust a Facebook clothing ad.
