Anthony was outstanding from start to finish. He promptly returned my call, communicated clearly, and arrived on time for a timely, well-prepared visit to assess the work. He came with his calendar ready and coordinated a convenient installation date with me. On the day of installation, he arrived fully prepared with all the necessary equipment and did an incredible job installing my vinyl windows. He worked professionally, kept everything comfortable, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I highly recommend Anthony to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable professional you can trust in your home and around your family.

This has easily been the worst buying experience I’ve ever encountered. Purchased a new front door and paid cash upfront. After they received the money, no door, no correspondence, blame their employees and manufacturers. Finally, had to take a loss and bought from another company, Don’t recommend at all.

Our architect who now apologizes for recommending this company told us he heard they have a lot of products which they do. We were searching for Windows and Doors. Went to their showroom and it was filled with places to trip over, literally, real door jams on the floor that my older mother could barely navigate. Some older man came out to help and knew nothing of the products and kept saying he was the owner. When we asked for someone else's help because we could barely understand the older man we we were asked to leave. That they were "low on help and there was no one there who could help us and that we had been rude to the old man." They were completely rude and incompetent, we will never go back. What a horrible potential buying experience. They blame everyone but themselves. Current employees past employees and even their dealers. We also wrote a Google review some time ago and now we received a letter from their attorney demanding we take our review down. That's not going to happen!
