Skincare is highly individual, and visible results often take time which we express a lot. This is why we explain that one jar may not be enough for everyone, as progress can begin anywhere from approximately weeks 3 through 16 depending on the individual and their skin. It's also why we include progress instruction cards with every order to help set realistic expectations and provide guidance throughout the process. We're sorry we didn't have the opportunity to hear about your concerns sooner, as your purchase was made 9 months before this review was left.
