RentVillas.comReviews of rentvillas.com

We have been using Rentvillas.com for a few years now and we highly recommend them. Where do I start? First, they offer a first rate selection of properties in a range of prices that seemingly can fit any budget or situation. In our case we were going to Florence and were looking at several properties. Since we had only stayed at a hotel the other time we were in Florence we were a little unsure as to which neighborhood to stay in. The Staff at Renvillas was very helpful in getting us into a beautiful apartment at the Piazza Santa Croce where we and our two teenage sons had a wonderful time. (By the way I highly recommend this property!!). All of the details were in perfect order and the stay was fabulous. I really think that the personal attention from Rentvillas and their intimate knowledge of the properties are what makes the difference. The internet is great for looking at pictures but it takes an expert to help insure that your stay is what you expect it will be.Thank you Rentvillas.

We loved our villa. It was very private. The villa grounds were splendid. There were walking trails and wild animals and birds to see during our walks. The villa is located near the village of Cappane where there is a grocery store and meat, cheese and bread shops. There is also a train station near there. We made connections to Pisa, Florence and Siena from this train station. The villa is located within an easy drive to Voltera, which is a very lovely village that we visited. We could not have been more please with our villa. The service there was great and the wine they make is delicious. We will definitely use rentvillas.com again and would love to return to the same villa too. Rent villas.com made it easy and their website was easy to use. We were very satisfied with rent villas.com and with Villa Fattoria Coppone-Valentino.

Six of us women from Canada had an absolutely wonderful time at our villa in Tuscany. Alessandro was an awesome chef and prepared us a wonderful meal. The villa was beautiful and so welcome to come home to after a day of excursions. Highly recommend Poggio Antico villa and the truffle experience, wine tour, and cooking classes. Renata gave some us some tips on touring Florence and the local area. Have put it on our have to go back again!!!

My family has had the pleasure of using RentVillas on three occasions. Without hesitation I would highly recommend this company. Their property descriptions and interior/exterior photos are thorough, precise and accurate. The staff is extremely efficient in answering questions. They are also helpful in arranging transportation, excursions, grocery shopping and if desired, the perfect chef to prepare the most amazing meal.

My husband and I organized a group of 4 couples to travel throughout Italy for 3 weeks in September, 2015. We spent a week in Rome, a week on the Amalfi Coast, and a week in Tuscany. For the weeks on the Amalfi Coast and in Tuscany, we rented villas through RentVillas.com. Our experience dealing with RentVillas was wonderful from start to finish. Their website offered many more choices than many of the other villa rental companies. The website also contained loads of information and pictures concerning the villas, all of which was very helpful as we were narrowing our choices. Our assigned travel consultant, Sarah, was really helpful as we made our final selections. It was such a comfort to discuss our choices with a knowledgeable person who had first-hand knowledge of the various villas. I much preferred this to other services like VRBO, which provides no support - renters are completely on their own when dealing with owners. After we booked the villas, our consultant was great about promptly answering any questions that arose as we prepared for the trip. We were also able to book private chefs and tour guides through RentVillas.com, as well as getting great rates from the rental car company with which they are associated. I would recommend RentVillas.com to anyone who is interested in booking a villa in Europe and we plan to use them as often as we have the opportunity to do so.

We used RentVillas to plan our European vacation this Fall. It was our first experience with this company and it was a pleasant and easy one. The communication between myself and their representatives was clear and timely. My questions were answered honestly and the Villa we rented was accurately represented on the website. I plan to use RentVillas again and have no hesitation to recommend them to others.

I found a terrific villa through RentVillas.com. The happy surprise, however, was the service RentVillas provided. I had an agent who had lived in the region I was traveling to in Italy and she was very responsive and helpful by email and phone before my trip, even on such mundane issues as power converters and availability of ATMs, not to mention transportation options to the villa. She even checked my Google Translate version of directions I had prepared for the taxi driver for me. I don't speak Italian. The owners of the villa did not speak English. But they had arranged an English speaker for me to call who served as a go between, which really came in handy. I would absolutely, positively use RentVillas.com again. The crazy thing is, no one I know has heard of it. Well, I have and I'm glad.

An easy process, great customer service and overall positive experience. I would highly recommend RentVillas.com to anyone interested in a customized, perfect vacation.
