Right after they listed my property, I went on a trip out of the country and they kept me up to date with progress the entire time. Shortly after I returned, I had several applicants to choose from. Originally, I was going to use my own lease, but I ended up preferring theirs, and the process of revising the lease to my specifications was simple and straightforward. All in all, they provide a great service.

RentSavvy provided photos and managed tours for my property. Before listing, their agent went to the property to provide a report of the property, which helped me know what needed to be fixed before a new tenant moved in. With my schedule, it would have been very difficult to do any of these things on my own, so it was a valuable service that I will use again.

I live on the coast and my property is in the midwest. The realtor I used to buy the property was managing the rental listing, but they just weren't very responsive when it came to managing tours, so it was just sitting vacant and costing me money. RentSavvy must have listed it on enough sites because there were a lot of interested people, and they made sure tours got scheduled when it worked for the prospect. From the first day someone could schedule a tour to the day someone signed a lease was only 5 days. Since then I've used them for another property and I plan to do the same going forward.

I rented out my condo for the first time and found RentSavvy's services to be great. They patiently answered all my questions up front and handled tours for me while I was out of the country for work. iI was also obvious that they were paying attention to what was happening for my listing each day and communicating anything that needed to be shared right away, which I appreciate. It was also super helpful that they helped with the leasing agreement and were able to answer all of my questions based on their experience with leases! I will definitely be using them for my next vacancy.

I have a vacation rental that does great during high season. I used RentSavvy to find a 6 month lease for the rest of this year and it was easy. Had a phone call to ask some questions, created my listing, they handled the tours, the follow up, lease creation, and a few days later I had a lease signed.

I had a quick call with an Advisor at RentSavvy to answer some clarifying questions, and my listing was set up rather easily. Within a few days, a couple applied and their applications were quickly uploaded for my review. Overall, their service was great, and I'd be happy to use them again the next time I have a vacancy.

After renting our condo out to a friend, we had a vacancy to fill and decided to give RentSavvy a try. Their rental analysis helped us decide on a price that I was comfortable with. They always let me be in control of those types of decisions, but were very responsive online with any questions I had. They helped us figure out what to do regarding short-term vs long-term and furnished vs unfurnished, and in the end, they also helped get the lease signed. Right now, I'm collecting payments from my new tenant via their Stripe integration and it doesn't even cost me anything extra.

I live in another state, so I needed help finding a tenant for my townhouse, but didn't want to pay the exorbitant fees that most property managers charge, so I turned to RentSavvy. Their rental analysis helped providing me with information about the market rate. RentSavvy staff was really helpful with questions about how their process work. They found me a quality tenant who signed a lease and paid their first month's rent and deposit on time, so the whole process took only less than a month. Finally, I want to point out that they were a big help with creating a lease that worked for both parties and getting things signed was super easy. I'll definitely be using their services next time I need a tenant.
