The application asked for my SSN and My…
The application asked for my SSN and My banking log in and password. WAY TOO INTRUSIVE!!! I fail to understand why you need my banking log in information. I submitted the necessary documents that should be enough. How will Redirent protect my information and prevent identity theft?

Hi there Dan, We understand why being asked for sensitive information like your SSN or bank login details would feel concerning. In some cases, landlords partner with TransUnion to complete a background screening to review your credit, eviction, and criminal history. We also partner with Plaid for income verification, which is optional within the platform. If you prefer to send bank statements to your future landlord, you have the option to bypass that portion of the application and specify your reasoning. Protecting personal information is something we take seriously, and we work with established third-party providers that use encrypted, secure systems for verification and payments. These tools allow property managers confirm applicant details securely and reduce fraud risk. Off to a great start
Dhemary was able to get my questions answered in a short time with lots of details! I am new here so I have plenty to ask. My fellow landlord friends told me Rent Redi combined with bigger pockets was a great way to run their business's and I already see why. This is already great and I don't even have my house listed yet!

Outstanding customer support
Every single time I reach out to RentRedi I receive prompt and helpful service. As an example, today I was put in contact with Dhemary who was wonderful! She gave clear directions and was then able to log in and confirm that I followed them properly. Appreciate the outstanding customer support support!
