David - Thank you for your feedback! We understand that our communication may have felt like a lot, and we appreciate you letting us know. Our goal is to overcommunicate throughout the rental process so our customers are always aware of their delivery, pickup, scheduling, and any other important details. We’d rather keep our customers informed than leave them wondering about the status of their service. That said, we understand that everyone has different communication preferences, and we’ll certainly take your feedback into consideration. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to serve you!
