McCormack Realty & Renters Choice HomesReviews of renterschoicehomes.com

Due to health problems I have reluctantly been forced to sell my much loved property in th popular Davenport area of Florida which I purchased in 1999. The sale was dealt with, seemingly without a hitch, by Anne-Marie, Nicole and Nick of McCormack Realty & Renters Choice Homes, and my thanks also go to them for managing the property so efficiently for the previous 4 years or so. Being the fourth managing agent that I had dealt with over the years, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the transparency of their dealings with my property, highlighted by their online financial system which provided me with complete peace of mind. Being at such a distance, this was something I had not experienced before. I cannot speak too highly of this Company and the staff’s extreme care in providing a friendly, efficient and prompt service, always being helpful especially following hurricane damage, by organising the assessment and repair of the property. Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed.

I have been dealing with McCormack Realty for a few years now and have had nothing but great experience with them. They are very quick to responding and keep on top of any issues or repairs you might need which is very reassuring you are in good hands especially when you can’t be there to take care of it yourself. I would highly recommend McCormack Renters for your home if you want peace of mind and professionalism they are very hands on when something needs to be taken care of immediately, so glad I chose to deal with them. Thanks Donna Cameron

I've been with Renters Choice Homes for 8 years now and would highly recommend them to any prospective tenant, owner or seller. I have always found them to be very helpful; Anne-Marie and Nicole take care of everything and have reliable tradesmen to swiftly carry out repairs, no matter how big or small. Overall I think they provide an outstanding service no matter what they are dealing with on your behalf. Many thanks to Anne-Marie, Nick, Nicole and the rest of the team for always being on the ball. Well done!

We have been with Renters Choice Homes for almost 4 years and we are happy that we switched from our previous management company. Whenever we have a question or problem Anne-Marie or Nicole returns our call or email and handles the problem. Good to know they have our backs. Thanks Renters Choice. Craig Dimmig

I have had the privilege of using this company for over 10 years and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone thinking of using an agent in Florida. Being a US Homeowner and living in England, it is essential you can rely on a company that know their business and keeps you abreast of activities concerning your property. At no point with my relationship with McCormacks have I had any insecurities and have also had the feeling they were looking after my best interests. They always return my e-mails or telephone calls, their Customer website is very good and easy to use. If you're looking for reliable company to look after you and your property, look no further than McCormack R&R Choice Homes.

I changed management companies to Renters Choice Homes ten years ago and I have to say that they are by far the best I’ve come across after a few bad experiences with other companies. I find them so professional in the way they run their business and are extremely helpful in sorting out all issues and problems and communicating everything efficiently. I would highly recommend Renters Choice Homes. Regards Leslie
