The experience of ordering from RTO was pleasant and satisfying. The agent handling this order was professional and concerned ; something that is hard to find currently. The shipment arrived quickly and was complete. Thank You Will and the entire RTO team. A job well done .

Great customer service so far
The online ordering and account registration went smoothly. It was promptly followed up by a customer rep asking detailed questions about my particular order and possible supply and shipping delays. So far great service. Look forward to future dealings with this company.

Had a great experience with this company
The product arrived on time, fully functional. I made a mistake with my order on the website - somehow the smoke cartridges were not included. It was probably a mistake on my end since I didn't see them on the invoice either. I tried calling, but it was a holiday weekend when I got it. They did call back the following Monday, and I appreciate the effort. There was another issue with shipping. After I removed the old label, attached new one and sent it off, the machine arrived back at my house a few days later! I called it in, and RTO was able to get me a new label and update my order so I wasn't charged the additional days. Well done, folks!
