Great process, but leaky machine
The rental process was quite easy and worked smoothly. Receipt and return was quite easy. The tool however leaked severely from the hose connection. Overall, the tool did its job and the process went smoothly.

Great experience
Great experience. One process check to look at, I received the item and still did not have a copy of the paid receipt. I called the sales person and it was sent to me right away.

Air control valve was not what was not that great
Air control valve was not what was pictured, but just pipe fittings put together. Could have done that myself for far less. That said air bags worked spectacularly

Product is great
Product is great. I didn't appreciate that the delivery required me to be home for the signature.

Hi Carl, I apologize if you were not advised of that when you placed the order. We do require a signature on all shipments. If something is stolen from your front porch or delivery site and you make a claim against the credit card, we lose all the money and the tool. If you are renting it also serves as confirmation o receipt so we can begin the rental charges. I'm glad the tool is working well. --ken

air Bag jacks
We received the bags without any difficulty. Had a mix up with the billing but one call fixed that. They billed us for two weeks when we only rented for one week. The bags worked great!
