They make it extremely difficult to cancel. You have to call to cancel. I did that. The lady was enticing me not to cancel after I told her repeatedly I'd like to cancel. Would not recommend.

The website barely has any homes and most of them are foreclosures you can purchase NOT rent to own properties. I signed up for the trial and then forgot to cancel and was hit with the $50 a month fee. Who would ever pay $50 a month to use this site?!

I signed up for the 7 day trail looking for a rent to own home for me and my family. Every contact I pulled from that site said their property was NOT rent to own. I used the site for three days max. I then submitted to cancel my subscription. I found a has on my own with NO help from this site. Then a couple weeks later my bank account gets hit for $50.00. I reached out to the company and they send me an email saying basically it is my own fault and I can apply for a refund but doesn't mead I will get it. Needless to say I would NEVER recommend this site to anyone.
