The roles are little to no difference than LinkedIn. Some of the roles that say not on LinkedIn are under different names. The tool isn’t easy to use.

I tried this platform hoping for a more sophisticated search tool that could filter jobs by specific criteria. Instead, the results are repetitive and don't offer any unique value over standard, free search engines. My biggest complaint is the lack of a trial period. Being forced to pay for an entire year just to find out the tool isn't a good fit is incredibly frustrating. Other platforms perform significantly better. My suggestion to the developers is to upgrade the search criteria and filtering logic, but until then, I cannot recommend it. I ahve tested this for more than a month.

I believe this is a solid concept but sadly my results were far less useful. While the ability to filter out things that should not be included was nice I ended up having to do far more than I expected for the position I was looking for as it grouped everything from so many cross positions for example, IT, Electrical, Medical all for the same position but with vastly different requirements. Once I felt I had found enough filters to get solid leads I went over a week without getting any new updates and then when I did it was further leads in the medical field which were not relevant to me.

There are so many of these sites taking advantage of job searches in this market. I clicked on a dozen jobs and ten were already closed. Everything decent is pay to play but it's given me no incentive to pay for anything.
