My experience was initially plagued with unexpected costs. A system bug would mysteriously trigger charges for insurance that I had cancelled. Customer support was rude in resolving these charges. Edit: CEO personally reached out to address my concerns. They resolved the issue within a day, which greatly improved my overall experience.

Company is not transparent with users. Do not inform you when there are changes on fees. In addition, unwilling to provide MT 103 form when requested, even though this should be provided under Payment Services Directive 2 for transparency and customer rights. Also unresponsive support team. They did not even want to share their formal complaints process with me.
