Zero stars were not an option. This company is a FRAUD!! I thought the first charge of $2.00 was the basic for the 14 day trail on the 1st of October. After logging out of the account, I wasn’t able to accessing it again without being prompted to join and pay another fee of $23.95. I sent an email to THE ONLY WAY to contact these people. And all I got was an automated message, attempting to reassure me that their records show that I have the trail account. Along with information on how to get refunded. After following through with the steps o how to get the refund… SURPRISE SURPRISE, another charge of $23.95. Again, reached out to them, and you guessed it.., another automated message with the SAME… THING!!!! Save your money and DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM.
