This is a very good course that brings in the voice and experience of tens of remote experts from well known remote companies. The segments in each module I found them to be relevant. The pace of the course was comfortable with my schedule. There is a lot of information and some segments are more dense than others. I loved the live sessions we had with a few of the presenters. It was also an opportunity to connect with classmates. I also enjoyed the monthly community calls. Kudos to the Remote-How team for having 2 sessions to help the global class. Learners should keep in mind that not all presenters are gifted speakers. They still demonstrate expertise in their area. Overall, CDM was a good learning experience.

Highly recommended! Joined the program with my colleagues from my departmental management team and we are able to implement a variety of processes and concepts presented through the coursework. It is awesome to be apart of a global network of distributed management professionals from around the globe. The content was engaging, networking is phenomenal and I look forward to taking part in subsequent course offerings.

This is an excellent course for anyone who is looking to grow their skills as a remote team leader. Most of the content is presented in video format with complementary activities and reading materials. They do a great job at presenting the challenges of managing distributed teams and how to adjust your skills accordingly. I especially enjoyed the sections on Digital Communication Rules as this is an area often overlooked and the cause of most breakdowns in remote teams.
