ICHRA EXPERIENCE

Overall, my personal experience with the advisement process was very positive. The advisor was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to answer my questions. However, several of my colleagues had a different experience, describing the advisement as rushed and overwhelming. Remodel Health's customer service has been excellent. The challenges have been with the overall ICHRA experience rather than the support provided by Remodel Health. Navigating provider networks has been difficult, and many healthcare providers are unfamiliar with the differences between off-exchange and on-exchange individual plans, which creates unnecessary confusion. Another significant issue has been with insurance carriers and provider offices not clearly distinguishing between individual plans and Marketplace plans. This often leads to misinformation, with subscribers being incorrectly told that their plan is not accepted or that they have limited access to providers. These misunderstandings make an already complex process even more frustrating.
