Great information and framework for a workable system, but it is not possible to do this on my own through the initial investment/course as was advertised. It was very much a bait-and-switch. I was given educational materials for the system, only an entry level, and was not given all that was promised to succeed in real estate. The true tools -- real coaches, sponsors, investors, and "network"-- are NOT available after the initial purchase as pitched; but only after an additional $35,000 purchase that is being sold through the first purchased seminar. Made me uneasy to further invest, despite their constant reminder that it is a "family business". Nobody is willing to help unless you actually pay them a ton of money, even though they would profit by involvement in your real estate deal.

I left after an hour because it was just a pitch for the longer weekend program. We didn't get to ask questions, the content was lame, and the presentation was just psychological techniques to get us to sign up.

Excellent instructor with many years of experience. Well designed course materials that combine basic concepts with real life insight. I give it 4 starts, perhaps only room for some minor improvement would be to dedicate more time for students to practice negotiation skills through case simulation with peer-to-peer assessment.

Tech dept doesn’t return phone calls - twice. Rest of front office staff is great!
