Instructor needs to stay on topic. and less “ do you want to hear a story” . A lot of valuable time wasted, on story time. The material needs to presented in a planed agenda showing the step by step process To many stories being told and not enough information about the topic being presented. While on a topic, the information was rushed, then he would go into a long drawn out 30 minute “ do you want to hear a story” . This is not a very good teaching method. Very monotoned, and rushed. Instructor seems to be a nice person, he just can’t stay on topic and send the information clearly. From the tried method of instructions, I was able to gather some good material, and some guidence. The material could be better presented.

Excellent content, good delivery, well-rounded view of the multi family investing industry. I left the three day course with some sound fundamentals in analysis and financing. With that and my background in consultative sales, finance And negotiation, feel like I will be able to do deals in the next 30 days

Very thorough and organized company. I love that the seminar was taught by professionals in the industry for over 35 years. Everyone associated with the organization that I have interacted with has been very professional, and friendly.
