The same mess. You spend $1500 of your hard earn money for them to waste 3 days of your time. At the end of the so called boot camp they try to sell you a $40 thousand dollar advance real estate training package.. What garbage!!! The government needs to regulate the real estate training scamming industry. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!

Sheree, I can assure you the system works. It has been working for our students for nearly 20 years. You have to say to yourself did you get the education you need to go out and purchase multi-family properties? And the answer is yes! Our Coaching program is not for everyone. It is for those students who are seeking additional help with there real estate investing. For those students who take the education from the 3 day boot-camp and apply it, they can be successful. However if you feel as if you may need some hand holding and accountability then the coaching program is for you. The boot-camp teaches you to purchase anywhere from a 2 to 200 unit apartment complex using other people's money, and it works. My recommendation is to go out and apply the education from the 3 day boot-camp and purchase an apartment complex and I bet your acquisition fee it will work for you. Jermaine
