Thank you all for so much for UP2022 it was awesome. the content was great, both motivational, and educational. The Venders were great, it was nice to speak with so many professionals and see what their products are. the sound/acoustics was a big challenge there was a echo and it made it hard to understand speakers at times. As a whole we love the support and the eduction my biggest concern is killzone. I do not believe killzone is worth the amount charged, we were told and led to believe there would be brokers and deals there for the students to look at, in Tampa theat couldnt be further from what happened, WE brought the brokers and then we had to rent a car for 2 days to go out on our own. The bus tour i felt was unnecessary since we did much of that in immersion training. The amount we paid for basically 2-21/2 days in the classroom was not equal value. Had we came out of that event with a deal or at least a potential deal it would have been better. Very disappointed in Kill zone. There were students there who had not done immersion training or boot camp and had no clue what was being talked about. Can't say id recommend kill zone to others, with that being said the overall experience with REMentor is positive

The connections made were excellent. The audio was a little hard to hear even right up front. (Speakers too small for the room.) The ticket raffle was ad hoc and confusing. Getting the extra ticket was impossible since I couldn't ever get on Jermaine's busy schedule

Hi Dave! This was our 4th UP 2022 and by far was the best. ;-)) Its amazing what happens when you are able to clear obstacles in your Life and Life fills in that area with what you want. Thanks Mark and Debbi Engelman

“Outstanding!” is the first word that comes to mind when reflecting on our time at UP 2022. The connections, speakers, networking were all above expectations. Kudos to Dave Lindhal and the RE Montor staff for their efforts in designing a truly remarkable event. Lots of value! Looking forward to UP 2023.

My goal was to meet my sponsor's financial criteria for investing in a good deal. However, I picked two deals of over 100 units in Phoenix, which were too big of an initial investment in a highly competitive market. As a beginner investor, I made the mistake of not having my financials ready when asked where is my letter of intent, and my snapshot of the deal. Sponsors gave me a more complete picture of the investment decisions they make, based on my succinct calculation of the property income - the purchase price minus payments, expenses, vacancy rates and capital expenditures with good returns, risk tolerance, and a profit forecast. Though I have not yet gained a sponsor, I gained a contact list of potential investors, and nuggets of expert feedback and strategies for maximizing value. I can count on sponsors to help me get favorable financing terms with lenders because they have sponsored many deals before mine, and I can piggyback on their established relationship with the banks. At closing, it's sweet to get a bonus for finding and analyzing a great deal using the sponsor's financial position with their equity partners, and little, if none of my own money.

As always RE Mentor exceeds my expectations in providing expert content along with a professional staff. There is no one that comes close to their level in apartment training. I will continue to advance my education through RE Mentor in the future.
